Scope

These terms will govern use of the Nardo Eyewear website. Sections to be drafted with counsel: acceptable use, intellectual property in imagery and 3D models, order and cancellation terms once purchasing is enabled, warranty and returns, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution.

Intellectual property

Designs, photography, films and published 3D models remain the property of the brand. Public 3D files are simplified visualization derivatives provided for viewing only.
